Your leases

Uploaded leases are read in memory to produce your report and are never saved to disk or a database. For AI clause reviews on the Pro plan, the lease text is sent to an AI inference provider through Hugging Face to generate the review, and isn't kept by LeaseLens.

Your account

We store your email address, a one-way hash of your access key, your plan, and how many scans you've run each month. Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store card details.

Visits

We count page views with an anonymous identifier made from a salted hash that changes every day. Raw IP addresses aren't stored and there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

To access or delete your account data, contact leaselens@fgiproperty.com. This notice is provided in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
